Hi, I’m Morgan Paiser, the Program Director. Softball has played a significant role in shaping who I am today, and I’m excited to pass my passion for the game onto the next generation. Currently, I work at the Shawano School District. I am also set to graduate next semester with a degree in Business Management, which complements my dedication to leadership and program development. I’m truly looking forward to making a lasting impact and helping others reach their full potential both on and off the field.

Hi I’m Matti, I will be graduating from Fox Valley Technical College in the spring of 2025! I will have my early childhood education associates degree! I’m passionate about helping the younger generation with sports and beyond! I am excited to get the opportunity to come back to this amazing organization and show girls the sport that I love playing and help them grow in their athletic careers!

Hi, I’m Madison, a junior majoring in Human Biology with a focus on Exercise Science. I’m passionate about sports performance and injury prevention, and I’m eager to apply what I’m learning to real-world athletic training. Along with coaching youth softball, being part of Fever Fastpitch is an exciting opportunity to combine my passion for sports with leadership and community involvement. I’m thrilled to contribute to an organization that supports young athletes and promotes personal growth on and off the field.
